Por política, no hacen envíos directos al extranjero, sin embargo, están relacionados con "From Japan" para entregar un sistema de PROXY.

Paso 1: Primero, regístrese en nuestra página para convertirse en miembro.

Paso 2: Copie el URL del objeto en nuestro formulario de órdenes e indique la información necesaria para iniciar su orden.

Paso 3: Primer Pago - Pague por sus objetos. Puede pagar usando PayPal, tarjeta de crédito o puntos FJ.

Paso 4: Llegada del objeto a nuestro almacén.  Podremos mantener su objeto hasta 30 días desde su llegada a nuestras dependencias.

Paso 5: Instrucciones de Envío. Dé la orden de pasar su objeto a envío. Combine sus objetos en un mismo envío para ahorrar en gastos.

Paso 6: Segundo Pago - Pague por el envío. Por favor completo el pago para que sus objetos sean enviados.

Paso 7: Envío de Objetos. Una vez que su pago haya sido confirmado, su encomienda será enviada lo antes posible. El tiempo de envío va a variar dependiendo de la dirección del destino.

Hice un tutorial en video, pero sólo de la primera parte, hasta lo que, en mi tutorial de abajo, sería el paso 6. Esto porque después hay que ingresar datos personales.

I made a video tutorial on how to use the website, but I just covered the first part, which, in my tutorial, is only 'til step 6. I did this because in the next steps you need to enter personal information.

01:

Elija su item a comprar (como ejemplo para esta parte, una polera)

Choose the item you want to buy (I used a t-shirt as an example for this part)

Baje un poco y encuentre el botón verde de FromJapan, clic:

Scroll down and click on the green FromJapan button:

03:

Lo recibirá la siguiente página, si es primera vez que visita FromJapan, cree una cuenta:

You will see this website, if it is your first time visiting From Japan, proceed to sign up:

Copie el URL del ítem desde la tienda oficial (en este caso, el URL de la polera), y péguelo en el espacio proporcionado en FromJapan. Clic en la lupa para buscar. 

Copy your item's URL from the official shop (in this example, the URL of the t-shirt), and paste on the given space in FJ's website. Click in the magnifying glass.

05: 

Complete el formulario con los datos obligatorios que se piden, como Nombre (Item Name), Cantidad (Quantity), etc., (siga el ejemplo de las siguientes capturas)

Fill in the required fields in the form (follow the example of the next screencaps)

Para "Item Name", copie el tal cual aparece en el tienda oficial y pegue en el formulario

To fill in "Item Name", go back to the official shop and copy+paste the name as shown bellow

Si es ropa, copie y pegue la información de la tiendo oficial sobre la talla, y péguela en el espacio de "Size". También puede añadir una foto de lo que quiere comprar al hacer clic en "Select File", al lado de la opción "Upload Picture" (FromJapan le proporcionará automáticamente una foto).

If what you're buying is a clothing item, go back again to the official shop and copy+paste the size as well. You can also add a picture, you just have to click the "Select File" button that's next to "Upload Picture", FromJapan will automatically give you pictures for you to choose).

06: 
Cuando esté seguro de que el nombre, cantidad, y talla estén correctos, haga clic en "Request a price quote".

Once you checked that the name, quantity and size are correct, click "Request a price quote"

FromJapan le mostrará la siguiente pantalla , y a esperar por su correo.

FromJapan will show you the screen that's bellow and now you just wait for their e-mail.

Cuando FromJapan haya procesado su pedido, le llegará este correo:

Once FromJapan finishes processing your order, you will receive the following e-mail:

Haga clic en el link que se le proporciona e inicie sesión, la página que le mostrará será la siguiente:

Click on the link given and log in your account, this is what you will see:

From Japan le da su número de orden, el nombre del item y el precio que le saldría comprarlo (OJO: esto aún es sin envío!! Según los pasos de FromJapan que vimos al comienzo, vamos en el paso 3.)

FromJapan shows you an order number, name of your item and its price (ATTENTION: this is the price without the shipping! If you remember FromJapan's tutorial we saw at the beginning of this one, we are only in step 3)

09: 

Clic en el botón azul que dice "Charge 1 payment is pending", para proceder a pagar por el ítem. Le llevará a la siguiente página (cambiamos de ejemplo a una agenda):

Click on the blue button that reads "Charge 1 payment is pending" to proceed to pay for the item.

This will lead you to the next step (here we are showing the Schedule Book as an example)

10: 

Una vez que confirme el precio (aquí puede cambiar la cantidad de items que quiere), haga clic en el botón azul "Proceed to Checkout" (datos de pago; tarjeta de crédito, paypal, etc).

Once you confirm the price of the item (and here you can also change the quantity), click the blue button that reads "Proceed to Checkout" (where you give your personal data)

Recibirá un e-mail el cual le confirma sus datos de pago, y ahora a esperar de nuevo a que el item llegue a las dependencias de FromJapan, ellos le enviarán un correo cuando lo tengan disponible y le pedirán que siga los mismos pasos que el paso 9, seleccionar forma de envío, confirmar orden y proceder a pagar, indicar datos pedidos, confirmar de nuevo, esperar por e-mail de confirmación, Y A ESPERAR A QUE LLEGUE SU TAN PRECIADA COMPRA!

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail, and now you have to wait for the item to get to From Japan's warehouse, then they will send you another e-mail to notify you about its arrival, and you'll have to do the same as step 9, but this time it will be to select the shipping.

You checkout again, receive a confirmation e-mail, and wait to have your item in your hands!
